Harold came prepared with his truck and a worker to get the junk sitting in my yard hauled away. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Will def use this service again!
The city's twice-monthly bulk pickup handles a lot. We handle the rest: renovation debris, hot tubs, glass, anything over the 10-yard cap, and condo move-outs where nothing can sit at a curb.

Coral Springs Junk Removal is a family-owned Broward County crew, in business since 2022, that serves Pembroke Pines seven days a week from 7am to 8pm. We take the items the city's bulk program refuses, including contractor debris, glass, hot tubs and oversized piles. Pricing is by truck space from $99, most jobs finish under $599, and the price is firm before we load.

Pembroke Pines is really two cities. East of I-75 are the older streets and the big condo communities, Century Village among them. West Pines, past I-75, is mostly subdivisions built after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Both get the same crew and the same pricing. Some addresses in 33023 and 33024 carry a Hollywood postal name; we cover them as well.
Pembroke Pines residents get bulk pickup twice a month, which is better than most. These are the situations it still does not cover.
Renovation debris, glass, a hot tub, a boat. All on the city's do-not-take list, and they sit there until someone hauls them.
A full garage or an estate cleanout passes the 10-yard cap fast, and after two extra pickups a year the overage is charged by the yard.
In Century Village and other condo communities there is nowhere to stage a pile. It has to go from the unit to a truck.
Rental turnovers run on a deadline. Bulk day might be twelve days away; the next tenant is not.
The city asks residents not to put bulk out ahead of a storm. That is exactly when people want the patio and garage cleared.
How the common Pembroke Pines jobs work with us, next to what the city program allows.
Old cabinets, tile, drywall and vanities are excluded from city pickup. We load them the same week the work finishes. See construction debris.
Refused by the city. We drain what is left, cut the spa into sections and carry it out through the side gate. See hot tub removal.
The city wants a certified tech's Freon tag plus doors and compressor removed. We take them as they are and route them to a licensed processor.
Glass is on the refused list. We wrap and load it so it does not break on the way out of the house.
We carry out of the unit, use the elevator or stairs, and keep usable furniture aside for donation to Broward charities.
Whatever the last tenant left, gone in one visit so the unit can be cleaned and shown.
Pembroke Pines contracts residential bulk and yard waste to Eastern Waste Systems, which collects twice a month on each home's bulk day; the city site lets you look yours up. Items need to be at the curb before 7am and at least three feet from mailboxes, trees, cars and wires, without blocking sidewalks or drains. Each unit can put out 10 cubic yards per pickup. You can request two extra pickups per calendar year, and after that the overage is billed at $15 per cubic yard. The city also asks residents to donate usable furniture before setting it out. For an ordinary pile that fits the limit and the schedule, this program is free and works well, and we tell people that.
The city will not collect contractor debris, which covers renovation waste, permitted fencing and tree removal. It also refuses glass, hazardous waste like paint, oil and batteries, hot tubs, boats, and engines, transmissions or tires. Refrigerators and AC units are only taken after a certified technician removes the Freon and tags the unit, and fridges also need the doors and compressor removed. If you want a roll-off container instead, the city requires it to come from Waste Pro. That list is where most of our Pembroke Pines work comes from: a kitchen remodel's old cabinets, a spa that has not run in years, a glass dining table nobody wants. We take all of those, except true hazardous waste, which belongs at a county household hazardous waste site.
Century Village is a large gated 55+ condo community in 33027, with thousands of units built between roughly 1970 and 1995. When a unit changes hands, the contents often have to go in one go, and a condo has no swale to pile things on. We carry everything from the unit down to the truck, sort out what is good enough to donate, and leave the unit empty. Arrange gate access for us with the front gate or your association before the appointment; it is the one thing that can hold a job up.
A side-by-side using the city's own rules.

If your pile is ordinary household bulk under 10 yards and bulk day is soon, the city is the cheaper route. For anything on the refused list, anything bigger, or anything you cannot carry, call us.
Tell us roughly what is going and where it sits. Photos help. We give you a time window, not "sometime today".
We look at the load, quote by the space it takes in the truck, and put the number in writing before anything moves.
From wherever it is: upstairs, the garage, the back of the lot. You do not drag anything to the curb.
Usable items go to Broward County charities, metal and electronics get recycled, and only what is spent goes to disposal.
