Harold came prepared with his truck and a worker to get the junk sitting in my yard hauled away. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Will def use this service again!
Pricing, timing, what goes in the truck and what legally cannot, and where everything ends up. If your question is not here, call (954) 536-8189 and ask — you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is that you do not need us.

Call (954) 536-8189Pricing is by volume — how much room your load takes up in the truck, not how long we spend on it. Minimum loads start at $99 and most jobs finish under $599. You get a firm number on site before anything is loaded.
Because we would be guessing, and guessing is how people end up with a bigger bill than they agreed to. We will give you an honest ballpark on the call, then a firm written price once we have seen the actual pile. If you do not like that number we leave and you owe nothing.
Yes, $99. That covers single-item pickups — one sofa, a mattress and box spring, a fridge, a grill. Single items are extremely common for us and we are happy to come out for one thing.
No. No stairs fee, no charge for the item being on the third floor or at the back of the garden, no fuel surcharge. Volume is volume. Charging more because you live upstairs has always struck us as backwards.
For a single-visit clearout, usually — and we do the loading, which a dumpster does not. For a renovation producing debris daily over several weeks, a roll-off often works out better. We will tell you if that is your situation rather than take the booking.
After the job is done and you have seen the space. We confirm the accepted payment methods when we give you your price.
Usually, if you call before noon. We are based in Coral Springs, so most of Broward County is a short drive. Several of our reviews mention us arriving within an hour. If today is not realistic we will say so rather than book you and miss.
Seven days a week. Call (954) 536-8189 and a real person picks up — no menu, no call centre. Calls outside hours are returned first thing the next morning.
It helps for the walkthrough and the price confirmation, but no. Plenty of our landlord, realtor and out-of-state clients leave access instructions and get before-and-after photos when we are finished.
Most single-truck jobs run between forty minutes and two hours from arrival to swept floor. A full property cleanout is usually a day; a large one we schedule across two rather than rush it.
Yes, and there is no call-out fee. We look at the job, give you a number, and if it is not what you expected we drive away and you owe nothing.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, TVs and electronics, exercise equipment, hot tubs, above-ground pools, sheds, playsets, fencing, decking, yard waste and tree limbs, scrap metal, carpet, tires, paint, drywall, lumber, tile, concrete, roofing debris, office furniture and general household clutter. As we put it: anything you consider junk.
Yes to all three. These are exactly the things regular waste management turns down, which is most of the reason people call us. Mattresses in particular are one of our most common single-item jobs.
Asbestos-containing material, medical and biohazard waste, explosives and ammunition, and pressurised propane tanks. Those four legally require licensed handling — it is not us being difficult. Everything else, ask.
Yes. They contain refrigerant that has to be recovered by a certified processor before disposal, which is why municipal bulk crews leave them at the curb. We route them to licensed processors properly.
Regularly — drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets, countertops, concrete and roofing. Heavy material like masonry is quoted on site because weight matters as much as volume. Contractors can book recurring pickups between trades.
Light demolition, yes — sheds, decks, fencing, playsets, hot tubs and interior tear-outs, with the haulaway included. Anything requiring a permit or a licensed trade is outside what we do, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Yes, and we handle them at the family’s pace. Anything being kept or looked through is set aside before general clearing starts, and we ask about anything that looks personal rather than assuming. The property is left broom clean.
That is a large part of our work. A two-bedroom unit left furnished can usually be emptied and swept inside a day, so you can paint, photograph and re-list without losing a week.
Yes, for landlords, investors and asset managers across Broward County, with photo documentation of the before and after condition. We will ask that you have lawful possession before we clear a property.
We take these on carefully and without judgment, working with the person rather than around them, and checking for valuables and documents rather than shovelling. Where there is significant mould or biological contamination, that needs a remediation specialist and we will say so.

No. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area. Every city is priced the same way, by volume.
Probably. Those sixteen are simply where we work most. Call with your address and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you and when.
Constantly. For gated communities just leave the gate code or your guest-list name. Condo buildings often need a service elevator booked and sometimes a certificate of insurance filed with management — mention it when you call and we will sort the paperwork in advance.
Every load gets sorted. Usable furniture and household goods are donated to local Broward County charities, metal and electronics go to recycling, refrigerant is handled by licensed processors, and only what is genuinely spent goes to disposal.
We really do, and the first question on any item is whether somebody would use it rather than whether it can be recycled. What we will not claim is a diversion percentage — we do not run a weighbridge. If you want to know where a specific item went, ask and we will tell you.
The space gets broom-swept before we leave. On cleanouts and rental turnovers that is part of the job, not an extra.
Yes — fully licensed and insured in Florida, and a state and city approved business. Your walls, floors, driveway and property are covered on every job.
No. We are locally owned and family operated out of Coral Springs, serving Broward County since 2022. There is no national call centre between you and the crew that shows up.
Our own crew — the same people named throughout our Google reviews. Jevon, the owner, still works jobs himself. If something goes wrong you can reach him on the same number you booked on.
