Harold came prepared with his truck and a worker to get the junk sitting in my yard hauled away. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Will def use this service again!
A small beach town with condo towers, older cottages and a lot of owners who are only here part of the year. We carry it out of the unit and haul it, so nothing has to wait for the Town's monthly bulk date.

Coral Springs Junk Removal is a family-owned Broward crew that does junk removal in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea seven days a week, 7am to 8pm. Each property gets one free Town bulk pickup a year, so for a second load, renovation debris or a condo with no swale, we carry everything out and haul it. Pricing is by truck space from $99, most jobs under $599, firm before we load.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea runs along A1A between Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale, with Commercial Boulevard splitting it roughly in half. North of the main town are Bel Air and Terra Mar Island, which joined in 2001. Most of our work here is in condos along the beach and in older single-family homes and cottages on the side streets. Sea Ranch Lakes, the separate village to the south, we serve as well.
A beach town has its own set of junk problems. These are the ones we hear most.
Each property gets one free Town bulk pickup a year. The second sofa of the year costs money either way.
Seasonal owners are often up north when the first Thursday or Friday of the month comes around.
There is no swale outside a tenth-floor unit. Everything has to come down the elevator.
Contractor-generated waste is not collected by the Town, and condo remodels produce a lot of it.
Vacation and seasonal rentals swap furniture between seasons on a short timeline.
How we work in a condo-heavy beach town.
Check with your building manager about elevator padding, loading areas and service hours. We work to whatever the building requires.
Arrange access with your property manager or a neighbor, and we can clear a unit without you there. We confirm the price with you by phone before loading.
Old cabinets, vanities, tile and flooring after a renovation. See construction debris.
Sofas, beds and dining sets on the way out between seasons. See furniture removal.
Salt air is hard on outdoor furniture. Rusted frames and faded cushions go in the same load.
Balconies and patios cleared before hurricane season so nothing becomes a projectile.
The Town contracts bulk collection to Waste Pro. Pickup is monthly: the first Thursday of the month south of Commercial Boulevard, plus a mapped strip just north of it, and the first Friday for the rest of the Town north of Commercial. Items can go on the swale no earlier than the night before and must be out by 7am. Each eligible property gets one free bulk pickup per year, and after that the account is charged. Contractor-generated waste and household garbage are not collected. The Town posts its pickup calendar online; check it there rather than relying on last year's dates. If your property has a swale, the date works and it is your first pickup of the year, use it.
At the 2020 census, nearly half of the Town's 6,770 housing units were vacant, which mostly reflects owners who live here part of the year. That changes how junk removal works. Many owners are not here on the first Thursday of the month, and many units are in condo buildings with no curb of their own. Every building sets its own rules for moving large items, so ask your manager about elevator reservations, protective padding and approved hours before booking, and tell us what they say. We carry from the unit to the truck, so nothing sits in the lobby or the parking lot.
Based on the Town's own rules.

First pickup of the year, a swale out front and you are in town that week? Use the Town. Anything else, call us.
Tell us roughly what is going and where it sits. Photos help. We give you a time window, not "sometime today".
We look at the load, quote by the space it takes in the truck, and put the number in writing before anything moves.
From wherever it is: upstairs, the garage, the back of the lot. You do not drag anything to the curb.
Usable items go to Broward County charities, metal and electronics get recycled, and only what is spent goes to disposal.
